Joe Cole isn’t who you’d expect.

He's a Princeton-educated theologian who swam the Catalina Channel. A trauma chaplain who's officiated over 100 funerals a year — and still shows up for the next one like it matters. He's been in recovery himself. He's coached athletes and sat beside the dying. He's done weddings and memorial services and late-night conversations with people who had nowhere else to turn.

His credentials are real. But what people actually come back for is simpler than that: Joe listens without an agenda, and he tells the truth.

SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR — Joe has worked with individuals, couples, and athletes for over 30 years, guiding them through questions of faith, purpose, identity, and loss.

TRAUMA CHAPLAIN — He serves communities navigating grief, crisis, and end-of-life transitions. No crisis is too raw.

SPEAKER — Joe speaks to audiences from 15 to 1,000+, on topics from mental toughness in sports to death, dying, and faith for people who aren't sure what they believe.

If you're wondering whether your situation is "bad enough" to reach out — it is. That's not how Joe thinks.

Every time I meet with Joe I know he is not trying to fix me, rather he provides real and honest feedback. HE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, a good listener and someone I trust.
